Returns Policy
You may return items within 7 days of receiving your order. Returned products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
✅ Returnable Items: Clothing (unworn, unwashed, with tags), Wallets (unused), Perfumes (unopened/sealed).
❌ Non-Returnable Items: Used perfumes, customized products, items damaged due to misuse.
To start a return, please email us at danlai.store09@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item was defective or wrong.
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection. For COD orders, refunds may be issued via bank transfer or voucher. Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in case of our mistake.
Exchanges are allowed for clothing and wallets if the size is incorrect or the item is defective. Damaged or wrong items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
